HOW DOES DHL ECOMMERCE UK’S SATURDAY DELIVERY WORK?
Why wait until Monday? You can upgrade our standard next day delivery service on parcels dropped off at our UK ServicePoints or depots, or collected from your home address, to be delivered on Saturday.
All you need to do is:
- Select the Saturday delivery option when booking
- Drop your package off at your nearest DHL eCommerce UK depot or ServicePoint, or arrange collection from your home or business address on Friday.
- If you’re arranging collection for a Saturday delivery, you must book no later than midnight on the Thursday before delivery.
Please note: We do not offer parcel collections on Saturdays. We do not deliver or collect parcels on Sunday or Bank Holidays.

SENDING INTERNATIONALLY?
Parcels making their way overseas will be delivered either via road or air, so understandably will take longer than a day, meaning next day or Saturday delivery is not available on international services.
We ship around the world so delivery times will vary, depending on where your parcel is going.
When sending a parcel internationally, it can be delayed at customs. To prevent this from happening, ensure you only send safe items and you fill our all customs paperwork in full.

No, our Saturday delivery service is an additional priority service that must be selected when booking. If you drop your parcel at one of our depots or ServicePoints on a Friday, it’ll be delivered on Monday - the next standard working day.
We don’t currently offer parcel collection from your home or business address on a Saturday. However, you can still drop your parcel off at one of our ServicePoints or depots on a Saturday as you normally would. It’ll be collected on Monday for next day delivery on Tuesday.
No, we do not currently offer collection or deliveries on Sundays.
If you miss the Thursday midnight deadline for booking Saturday delivery, you can still use our standard next day delivery service. However, this means your package will be delivered on the next working day - Monday.
We deliver parcels on Saturdays between 8am and 6pm. We’ll provide you with a 1-hour delivery slot via a ‘you’re next’ SMS text message.
