Do I need to deal with French customs when shipping to France?
If you're sending a parcel to France, you'llneed to deal with French customs.
From 1st January 2021, you need to provide a customs invoice with any parcel sent to an EU country. This may sound tricky, but it's actually very simple to do - just complete the 'Customs declaration' section of our booking form.
We'll use the information you provide to generate a customs invoice on your behalf (this will print with your label once you've paid for your booking). It’s that easy!
Please note: in some cases taxes and duties may be due on the parcel. These will need to be paid by your recipient before the parcel can be delivered to them.
