There are a number of things you can do to make sure your parcels arrive at their destination in good time and the same condition they were sent out. From weighing and measuring parcels, to understanding customs information, we can help advise you along the way.
It’s also up to you, as the sender, to ensure your parcels are packaged well and fit for the journey; no matter where it’s being shipped to, near or far. Take a look at our postage and packaging recommendations for more assistance.
You also need to make sure you don’t post any prohibited items. We have a list of things we don’t carry across our network you can look at to check that what you’re sending is ok.
