You can arrange your parcel collection on weekdays. We’ll provide a one-hour collection window in our tracking notifications, so you’ll know when our driver will be with you.

We collect your parcel from the address you provide when you book. We'll deliver it safely and in good time.
And if you’re not going to be home? Leave your parcel in your designated safe space for our driver to pick up.

Booking
You can book your parcel collection online. Choose a collection date that suits you – it can be as early as the next working day or up to a week in advance.
Collection
On the day, you’ll receive a one-hour collection window. You can even opt in to receive a “you’re next” message when our driver is nearby.
Delivery
We’ll take as much care of your parcel as you would if you delivered it yourself. We’ll hand it to your recipient the next working day.

The cost of your delivery depends on the weight and size of your parcel. It’s important you accurately weigh and measure your parcel before booking.
If your parcel is bigger or heavier than the weight or dimensions given, collection and delivery may be refused by our driver.
