Simply enter your parcel's size and weight when making your booking. You can choose to have your parcel collected from your door, or save money by dropping it off at a depot or ServicePoint.

We have 3,500 ServicePoints across the UK which are typically open from 8am until late, so you can drop off at a time to suit you.

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF A SMALL PARCEL?

Our small parcel size can measure up to 35cm (l) x 35cm (w) x 35cm (h) and weigh up to 5kg.

Make sure you weigh and measure your parcel accurately before booking. Doing so will ensure you select the right option and pay the correct amount.

If you select the small parcel size and it exceeds the maximum weight or dimensions stated at booking, your parcel may be returned to you, incur extra charges, or be refused on collection.

Sending a larger item? Select our Extra-Large Parcel delivery service to send up to 30kg.

If your item is bigger than this, you'll need to use our Medium, Large or Extra Large service to send your parcel.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR SMALL PARCEL DELIVERY

	Free £50 contents cover - Available as standard, across all deliveries. It can also be upgraded if the actual value of your small parcel is more than £50.
	Collection from your home or business address - Waiting is the worst but when you're sending a small parcel, there's an alternative to queuing - we collect your parcel straight from your door.
	Fully tracked service - Your parcel is in safe hands. Our 'parcel tracker' updates your recipient at every step, showing their stop on our driver's route. They can also opt n for free 'You're Next' alerts via email or SMS.
	One-hour delivery and collection slots - We'll provide you and your parcel’s recipient with one-hour collection and delivery windows, so you’ll know when our driver will be with you.

MAKE YOUR SMALL PARCEL DELIVERY SAFE

You can either send your parcel to a ‘safe place’ or have a ‘signed for’ delivery.

If your item is valuable, we'd always recommend you use the ‘signed for’ delivery option.

If you choose to have your parcel delivered to a designated ‘safe place’, then we can't offer any extended contents cover and your parcel will only be covered up to the value of £50.
