WHAT FITS IN A LARGE AND EXTRA LARGE PARCEL DELIVERY?

There are many things you can fit into a Large or Extra Large parcel and you don’t even have to go to the Post Office to send. We still collect your heavy and large items directly from your door and deliver the very next working day*. Popular items sent in these sizes include:

Just remember, to check our list of prohibited items to make sure the specific large or heavy item you are sending is allowed through our network. If sending internationally, it’s also a good idea to check there aren’t any country specific restrictions. You risk your parcel being returned back to you should you send a restricted item.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR LARGE PARCEL DELIVERY

 

	£25 contents cover - We offer free £25 cover as standard across all UK and Ireland deliveries. This can also be upgraded if the actual value of the heavy or large item you are shipping is greater than £25.
	Collection from your home or business address - Waiting is the worst but, when you're sending a large package there is an alternative to queuing in the line at the Post Office - we collect your parcel straight from your door.
	Fully tracked service - Your parcel is always in safe hands. Our 'parcel tracker' will keep your recipient updated every step of the way, including being able to see their position on our driver's route - they'll also be able to opt for a free 'You're Next' alert via email or SMS.
	One-hour delivery and collection slots - If you're having your parcel collected from your home or work address, we'll provide you with a one-hour window when our driver will be with you. Your recipient will also receive a one-hour delivery window text or email if you select this option and add their information at the time of booking.

MEASURE YOUR LARGE PARCEL

When sending a long, heavy or big package, check the size of the large parcel delivery service you need by accurately measuring and weighing your parcel before booking.

Also remember, when you send a large parcel, it is important you select the correct parcel size and do not exceed the maximum weight and dimensions. Failure to do so could result in your parcel being refused at collection or returned back to you at your own expense.
