Please note: all prices quoted include VAT and are based on a mainland UK Depot drop-off and mainland UK Depot collection. Delivery to Northern Ireland, The Highlands, Islands and parts of Scotland operate on a 1-3 day delivery service.
You’ll need to get a quote to get an accurate price for your booking. Don’t worry – it’s really easy. We just need your parcel’s weight (in kg), dimensions (length, width and height in cm), your recipient’s address and your address (should you choose our collection option).
This info gives us everything we need to calculate how much it’ll cost to deliver your parcel.
HOW BIG IS AN EXTRA-LARGE OR LARGE PARCEL?
The large parcel delivery option covers any package that measures up to 60 (l) x 60 (w) x 60cm (h) and weighs up to 15kg.
Our extra-large service covers any parcel up to 120 (l) x 70 (w) x 70cm (h) in dimension and 25kg in weight.
If your parcel is either longer or heavier than the criteria outlined in the large parcel service, you’ll need to select our extra-large parcel service.
Please note, we cannot send any packages heavier or longer than the dimensions or weight outlined in the extra-large service.

When sending a long, heavy or big package, check the size of the large parcel delivery service you need by accurately measuring and weighing your parcel before booking.
It's important that you choose the right parcel size and don't exceed the maximum weight and dimensions. Failure to do so could result in your parcel being refused at collection or returned to you at your own expense.

Just remember to check our list of prohibited items to make sure the specific large or heavy item you are sending is allowed through our network. You should also check there aren’t any country-specific restrictions before sending large parcels internationally. You risk your parcel being returned to you if you send a restricted item.
HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?
- Get your quote and book your delivery – you can book additional services at the time of booking your order, such as pre-noon delivery slots.
- Drop it off at your nearest depot or arrange collection from your home or business address.
- Your parcel will be sorted and transported during the night to the depot closest to your delivery destination.
- Once here, it’ll go out for delivery with one of our drivers the next day.

Any package measuring up to 120 x 70 x 70cm and 25kg in weight is considered extra-large and will cost more to send.
Yes, every parcel sent with us includes £50 free contents cover – as standard. You can also increase the coverage for items with a value of up to £5,000 at an additional cost. You can purchase this while booking.
