SHIPPING TO GERMANY CUSTOMS INFORMATION
From 1st January 2021, a customs invoice is needed when sending parcels to EU countries (including Germany).
If you aren't familiar with this process, don't worry - it's quick and easy to do. Our booking form gathers all the information needed to generate a customs invoice on your behalf. Once you've paid for your shipping to Germany, the label and five copies of the customs invoice will print off - which you can simply attach to your parcel.
Duties and taxes may also apply when sending a parcel to Germany. Any outstanding duties and taxes will need to be paid by your recipient before the parcel can be delivered to them.

HOW TO PACKAGE PARCELS TO GERMANY
Although Germany doesn’t seem far from the UK, and we'll take great care of your package, we still advise you take care with packaging before sending your parcel to Germany.
We transport parcels from 0.5kg up to 25kg in weight, and 80 x 80 x 80cm max in size. It’s worth remembering your parcel may travel through several depots with automated sorting machines.
So, always be sure to pack your items well and use cushioning material to help protect the contents inside from damage. Use a sturdy outer box and don’t over fill it.
