WHEN YOU SEND A PARCEL WITH US, YOU’LL GET…

 

NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY

 

We will deliver your parcel to your recipient’s address on the next working day.

Should your recipient not be at home at the time of the delivery, they can reschedule to another day or arrange for it to be delivered to a safe place, neighbour’s house or their local ServicePoint.

 

1 FLAT PRICE FOR UP TO 15KG

 

Send up to 15kg to a UK address for £10.19 (inc VAT).

To avoid confusion, we have one flat price for all parcels weighing up to 15kg so you know how much it will cost you to send before you book it.

 

£25 FREE CONTENTS COVER

 

With every delivery, you get £25 contents cover for free.

If the item you are sending is worth more than this, you will be given the option to add additional cover (up to £500) during the booking process.

 

3,500 SERVICEPOINTS ACROSS THE UK

 

Our shops are found in local convenience stores, so you can send a parcel and pick up a pint of milk at the same time.

Shops are typically open from 7am until late, 7 days a week. With longer opening hours, you can pop in at a time which suits you - on the school run, your lunch break or even after work.

 
 

HOW IT WORKS

 

Find your nearest ServicePoint.

You’ll see a DHL eCommerce UK device on the counter.

Simply enter:

  • The recipient’s address, email and telephone number
  • Your contact details
 
 

Once you’ve confirmed your order, a receipt will print from the device.

Give the receipt to the cashier, who will scan the QR code and take payment.

The cashier will apply a label to the parcel, ready for our driver to collect.

You will receive another receipt from the cashier with your parcel’s shipment number on – this can be used to track your parcel.
