Dealing with Spanish customs when posting to Spain
From 1st January 2021, a customs invoice is now needed when sending parcels to EU countries (including Spain).
If all of this sounds like hard work, don’t worry. Whether your items are bound for Spain, another European destination, or even further afield, we’ll help automatically generate a customs invoice for you based on the information you provide when completing the booking form.

It’s your responsibility to ensure your parcel’s contents are allowed into Spain – if you don’t, it may result in extra fees or charges or the parcel being returned. We advise you also take extra care to package the parcel carefully to protect it during transit and customs clearance.
What items can't I send to Spain?
As with all deliveries outside the UK, please ensure that your parcel contents are allowed into Spain. There are a number of restricted and prohibited goods when you send a parcel to Spain.

How safe will my parcel be?
From the time of collection (should you not be in, you can opt to leave your parcel in a safe place and our driver will collect it from there) to delivery, where it will be signed for by the recipient, we take good care of the items you send with us.
