Documents and paperwork
Whilst a lot of documents can be electronically signed and sent online, you sometimes still need to send documents through the post. For instance, if you are an American expat living in the UK you will still need to file your US tax returns every year with the IRS.

Failure to declare the actual size and weight of your parcel means you parcel could be held or returned back to you – incurring additional fees. Prices can differ depending on where you are sending to in the USA as well as the size and weight of the parcel so make sure you use the exact zip code and measurements.
Our prices start from £38.59 and all our deliveries come with £50 contents cover and full online tracking as standard. You can also opt to cover the value of your parcel up to £1000 to the USA if the value of your parcel is more than the standard cover we offer.

Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are due on parcels sent outside the UK. When your parcel arrives in its destination country, your recipient will receive a bill for the duties and taxes which are due. These are calculated by customs officials in the destination country based on the description of goods, value of goods and origin of goods.
It is important to note that as the sender, you are ultimately liable for duties and taxes and will be billed should the recipient refuse the package or refuse to pay.
