ServicePoint and Depot FAQs
You can book your parcel delivery online and drop off at any of our ServicePoints or depots. You can find your nearest ServicePoint and depot below, as well as answers to the questions we get asked most about dropping off parcels. If you have a question that you can’t find an answer to, please get in touch with our Customer Service team who will be able to assist.
You can drop off at any DHL eCommerce UK depot. Please use our Depot Finder to pinpoint your nearest one.

If you take your parcel to a ServicePoint operated by DHL Express - including Rymans and WHSmith - it won't be accepted as they operate separately.
Drop-off services let you drop your parcel at a local shop or depot instead of waiting in for collection. One of our drivers will pick up your parcel - and any others - from the shop.
Please double-check that you visited a DHL eCommerce UK ServicePoint (see our ServicePoint finder). Parcels booked to be sent with us can't be accepted at DHL Express ServicePoints, such as WHSmiths and Rymans.
If you visited the right ServicePoint and your parcel was still refused, you'll need to contact us. We can create new labels if needed or advise on the next steps you should take.
