Below you’ll find answers to common account questions, from how to change your password to managing saved addresses and more. If you have a question that you can’t find an answer to, please get in touch with our Customer Service team who will be able to assist.
Forgotten your password? Not a problem - click here to reset your password and access your account.
Save time when placing bookings by saving frequently used address in your address book. When making a booking, you can then choose from a list of saved addresses to send to.
You can view past orders in the My Orders page of the account section. From here you can print your label or invoice, as well as create a reverse order or buy again.
For security reasons, your account will be locked after 3 failed login attempts. To unlock your account, please contact our customer service team.
On the My Details page you can update your account details, including your name, telephone number and VAT number.
