PARCEL COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
We offer a parcel collection and delivery service delivered with care directly from your door to your recipient. We also provide the same parcel collection service internationally, to over 160 countries, with delivery times starting from just two to three days.
You can book our small and large parcel collection and delivery services online. Parcel collection from home is available Monday to Friday, allowing you to choose a day that suits you best. We’ll even provide a one-hour collection window in our tracking notifications so you know exactly when our driver is likely to arrive.
How does parcel collection work?
We collect parcels from the address provided when booked, and will deliver your parcel safely and in good time. If you’re not going to be home, you can even leave your parcel in a safe space for our driver to collect.

Booking
You can book your parcel collection online. Choose a collection date that suits you – it can be as early as the next working day or up to a week in advance.
Collection
On the day, you’ll receive a 1hr collection window. You can even opt in to receive a “you’re next” message so you’ll know exactly when to expect our driver.
Delivery
We’ll take as much care of your parcel as you would if you delivered it yourself. We’ll hand it to your recipient on the next working day.

The cost of your parcel delivery depends on the weight and size of your parcel – so if you’re looking for large parcel collection and delivery, bear this in mind. It’s important that you accurately weigh and measure your parcel before booking. If the parcel is bigger or heavier than the weight or dimensions given, collection and delivery may be refused by our driver.
OTHER OPTIONS FOR COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
ServicePoints
Our network of ServicePoints is found in local convenience stores. They’re open from 8am till late seven days a week, so you can drop off your parcel whenever it suits you.
Depots
Dropping your parcel off at a depot is great if you’re in a hurry as your parcel will be delivered the next working day. It’s a money-saver too, as our depot drop-off prices start from just £2.79 (inc VAT).
CONVENIENT COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
We offer convenient parcel collection and delivery services for your recipients as well. If your recipient isn’t going to be at home when the parcel is scheduled to be delivered, they can arrange for their parcel to be delivered to their local DHL Parcel UK ServicePoint or depot and collect parcels at a time to suit them.
