Expecting a parcel delivery? It’s now even easier to track, re-arrange and manage all of your deliveries using our parcel tracking app. Gone are the days when you needed to wait in for a parcel delivery! With the DHL eCommerce UK app, you can set delivery preferences, such as a designated safe place and preferred neighbour, or even arrange for your parcel to be delivered to your local ServicePoint or Depot for you to collect at a time which is convenient for you.

DOOR-TO-DOOR TRACKING
If you are expecting a delivery, you can check the status of your delivery on the DHL eCommerce UK app – there’s 4 statuses:
- Order received
- We have your parcel
- Out for delivery
- Delivered
We’ll keep you informed when the status of your delivery changes with push notifications sent straight to your phone from our parcel tracking app.
On the day of the delivery, we’ll provide a 1-hour ETA window. When your parcel is out on the van, we’ll show you real-time driver locations on the app. We’ll also send a notification 30 minutes away and when you are the next stop on the driver’s route so you can get home in time.
If we are unable to deliver your parcel on the first attempt, you can check the app to see how your parcel will be delivered and when.
RE-ARRANGE DELIVERY ON-THE-GO
Not going to be home at the time of your delivery? That’s not a problem! From the DHL eCommerce UK app, you can set your parcel delivery preferences.
You can change your preferred delivery location to a designated safe place or a neighbour’s house. Users can even tell us if there’s a preferred neighbour’s address where we should deliver your parcel too. Similarly, if you don’t want us to inconvenience a neighbour, you can set their address to ‘do not disturb’.
Not able to collect your parcel straight away? There’s also the option to collect your parcel from your nearest ServicePoint or depot at a time which is convenient for you – we’ll keep your parcel for up to 7 days.

Do delivery drivers struggle to find your property? With what3words that’s no longer an issue! What3words have divided the world into 3 metres squares and given each square a unique combination of three words. It’s the easiest way to share your exact location.
On the DHL eCommerce UK app, you can add what3words to your delivery address so our driver knows exactly where to deliver the parcel to. To help our drivers even more, you can also add photos of your house or your designated safe place on the app.

- Add shipments you are tracking to “My Parcels” and track using a calling card number
- Real time driver locations, notifications when we’re 30 minutes away and when you’re the next stop
- Enter your shipment number into “Track” and if it’s another DHL division delivering your parcel (not us, DHL eCommerce UK) we’ll confirm if our colleagues at DHL Express will be delivering it alongside a tracking link for you to use.
