Do I need to deal with Polish customs?
When sending a parcel to Poland, you'll need to provide a customs invoice. This tells customs officials in the destination country what is inside the parcel and is used to calculate duties and taxes.

What items can't I send to Poland?
Before booking parcels to Poland make sure to check your item is ok to go there; it’s easy to forget that normal, everyday products are in some cases restricted to send to certain countries. Polish legislation act against tax fraud (1st May 2017)
The Polish government have announced new legislation imposing the necessary monitoring of certain tax-fragile products via road carriage. As such the following items are now prohibited to ship to Poland:

- Acrylic Alcohols
- Anti-Freeze of De-icing Fluids
- Bio Diesels
- Dried Tobacco
- Oils of any kind
- Paint or Varnish removers
- Liquids of any form

How to package parcels to Poland

It’s important to ensure you’ve got the correct address written on your parcel to Poland. You should follow this format:
