How safe will my parcel be?
From the time of collection (should you not be in, you can opt to leave your parcel in a safe place and our driver will collect it from there) to delivery, where it will be signed for by the recipient, we take good care of the items you send with us.
We also offer free online tracking to keep you fully updated on your parcel’s location, and provide £50 contents cover on your item as standard – you can choose to add extra cover for more valuable items if you wish.
What else do you need to know...
Important points to note
- As Colombia is an international destination, all parcels must be accompanied by a customs invoice, which we will provide after the booking process.
- You must state the value of the goods you are sending. Taxes and duties may be due on the items you want to send into the country and, if so, these will be charged by the local government, we do not charge or collect any of these fees so they are not included in our prices.
- Please be aware of prohibited items, if you send something which is not allowed into the country it will be refused, which may incur additional charges for yourself.
