Do I need to deal with Canadian customs?
Customs forms are required for any parcel being sent outside of the UK, so that Customs Agents can process it efficiently. Filling these out correctly saves any issues or delays on the delivery of your package.
We dislike to think of our customers struggling with fiddly forms, so we’ll automatically generate customs documents from the information you provide on the booking form. Print these out, sign them and attach them securely to your parcel in an envelope marked ‘customs documents.
Canada is very thorough regarding what is and isn’t allowed into the country, and it’s common for packages to be opened and inspected by customs officials. Honesty is the best policy when it comes to shipping to Canada, and this is especially true when it comes to the customer declaration and the value of your package.
You’ll pay duty on items valued at $20CDN or more. If the item is a gift and costs under $60CDN, it will be free from duty costs. Any costs incurred are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency when they assess the parcel at Customs.

What items can't I send to Canada?
There are many prohibitions and restrictions, some of which will be completely denied entry into Canada.

Carefully, examine ingredients labels, as they will not be allowed in to Canada.
This list from the Canadian Border Services Agency will show you some restrictions and you can also check the Canadian Post Office website for further confirmation of prohibited items.
