Book a UK or international delivery online – and you can choose to print a label or utilise our label-less function and post a parcel without a printer, with a barcode sent to your phone. Find out more about how this works.
HOW TO SEND A PARCEL WITHOUT A PRINTER
Send a parcel without needing a printer with us. Once you have booked a UK or international delivery online, you can choose to go label-less, which means we’ll send a barcode straight to your phone.
Once you’ve received this barcode, take your parcel to your local DHL eCommerce UK ServicePoint – one of 3,500 across the entire UK. Once you’ve arrived, the shopkeeper will scan your mobile barcode and print a label to attach to your parcel before it is sent. Easy!
If you choose to print your own label at home, you’ll have the option to print a label in a range of different sizes to suit your parcel’s requirements.
The parcel must be no bigger than 60cm x 60cm x 60cm and cannot weigh more than 20kg. It must also not contain any prohibited items.
Please be aware that label-less is currently not available on Worldwide Air orders.
