By selecting our Label-less option when you book online, you receive a digital barcode on your phone. Simply bring your parcel to your local ServicePoint. Here, the shopkeeper will scan your barcode, print your label and attach it to your package at no extra cost.
Whether you’re sending items you’ve sold as a business, you’re shipping a pre-owned jacket that you managed to sell on Vinted or eBay, or you’re sending a gift to a loved one abroad, we make the process easy.
3 SIMPLE STEPS TO SEND WITHOUT A PRINTER
Skip the home office setup. Our Label-less options means you don’t need to worry about having a printer, paper or ink. All you need is your smartphone and to follow these three steps:
- Book Online: Start your booking and select ‘Label-less’ as you checkout.
- Get Your Barcode: We’ll instantly email a digital barcode (QR code) to your phone. No need to download or print anything.
- Drop & Print: Take your package parcel to your nearest DHL eCommerce UK ServicePoint and show it to the shopkeeper. They’ll print and attach the label to your parcel.

DO I NEED TO BE AWARE OF ANY RESTRICTIONS ON LABEL-LESS?
Yes, there are a few rules to be aware of. Your parcel must be:
- no bigger than 60cm x 60cm x 60cm
- weigh no more than 20kg
- must also not contain any items on our UK or international prohibited items lists
Please be aware that Label-less is currently not available for our Worldwide Air international delivery service.

No. The Label-less service is a free option. You only pay the standard shipping rate; the printing and attaching of the label at the ServicePoint are included.
Your parcel must be fully packaged before you arrive at the ServicePoint. If you need packaging, many of our ServicePoint partners sell boxes and tape in-store.
