How to arrange a courier collection from someone else?

If you have purchased an item on a marketplace such as eBay or Gumtree and want to arrange a collection from your seller, then we can help. Simply retrieve a quote as normal and set the collection name and address to your senders.

It’s worth noting, if you are requesting this on their behalf then you should ensure they are available at the time of collection or can provide details of a nominated safe place. You’ll also need to send them the shipping labels to attach on to the parcel and ask them to weigh and measure the parcel. But other than that a simple role reversal will have your parcel on its way to you.

Getting your parcel ready for collection

If you are the sender of a parcel, there are a couple of things you’ll need to do:

Delivery Labels

Whether we are collecting the parcel from your address or from someone else’s address, you’ll need to ensure the dedicated person is able to print the labels out and firmly secure them to the parcel before collection.

Size and weight limits for UK parcel delivery

We can courier small parcels as little as 1cm right up to large parcels with dimensions of up to 70cm, carrying a maximum weight of 30kg. Weighing your parcel accurately will result in the best quote.
