Do I need to deal with Swiss customs?
A customs invoice must accompany any parcels sent outside the UK. This tells customs officials in the destination country what is inside your parcels and is used to calculate duties and taxes.
When you book a parcel delivery to Switzerland, we'll collect all of the information needed for the customs invoice as part of the booking form. Once you've paid for your delivery, five copies of the invoice will print along with your label - securely affix all paperwork to the outside your parcel.
Please note, for parcels being sent to Switzerland: the customs invoice must state the recipient’s full name (initials are unacceptable).
HM Revenue & Customs has more information on tax and customs considerations for Switzerland.
