Restricted and Prohibited items
Since the UK left the EU's single market and customs union a customs invoice is now needed when sending parcels to Slovenia and the rest of the EU.
Don't worry if you are unfamiliar with this process. Our booking form will gather all of the information needed to generate a customs invoice on your behalf which will print with your label. Just make sure you securely affix all paperwork to the outside of your parcel so it is accessible to customs officials in Slovenia.

How safe will my parcel be?
From the time of collection (should you not be in, you can opt to leave your parcel in a safe place and our driver will collect it from there) to delivery, where it will be signed for by the recipient, we take good care of the items you send with us.
We also offer free online tracking to keep you fully updated on your parcel’s location, and provide £50 contents cover on your item as standard – you can choose to add extra cover for more valuable items if you wish.
