You can now drop off your parcel at any of our 3,500 DHL eCommerce UK ServicePoints from £7.67 (inc VAT). Our ServicePoints are located in local convenience stores and most of us live within 10 minutes of one. Shops are typically open from 8am until late, 7 days a week so you can drop off at a time which is convenient for you.

Skip post office queues - we'll collect from your home
Gone are the days when you need to wait in a queue at the post office to send a parcel. When you ship with us, our driver will collect your parcel from your home or work address. We'll even provide a 1-hour window on the morning of the collection, as well as a 'You're next' text when you are the next stop on the driver's route, so you'll know when to expect us.

All UK parcels are delivered on the next working day as standard but if this isn’t quick enough, you can select one of our morning delivery or Saturday delivery slots at checkout. If you are sending an urgent parcel internationally, then our Worldwide Air service will guarantee your parcel is delivered quickly.
Track your parcel every step of the way
Track and rearrange your parcels on the go – you can go to our tracking website or DOWNLOAD OUR BRAND NEW APP from the App store or Google Play store . We’ll keep you and your recipient updated every step of the way and offer a number of rescheduling options should your recipient not be at home, at the time of delivery. Have your parcels delivered to a neighbour, safe place, DHL eCommerce UK ServicePoint or rearrange your delivery for another day.
No account needed or minimum order quantities
You don't need an account to ship with us and there's no minimum order quantities so you can send as little or as many parcels as you like We recommend registering on our website to take advantage of our latest discounts and offers and gain access to an address book and easily re-book past bookings.
