How long will it take to deliver

Simply book your delivery online and our drivers will collect your parcel on a day of your choosing. Your parcel is then taken to its local depot, sorted, and shipped overnight to one of our distribution centres, then on to its destination in Thailand.

Whether you choose to have your parcels collected from your home or work address in the UK, we provide cheap and convenient door-to-door delivery and you can usually expect delivery to Thailand within 3-4 days from collection.

When shipping to Thailand from the UK, we make every effort to deliver within these timescales, but it can sometimes take longer for your parcel to arrive, especially in the more remote locations of Thailand.

Do I need to deal with Thai customs?

For any parcel heading outside of the UK, you’ll need to fill out a customs form. This tells the Customs Agents in the destination country about the contents of your package so they can process it correctly.

Be careful when sending personal effects to Thailand – tax exemption on these items is allowed only depending on Thai citizenship status. The owner of the effects will need to provide a passport for Customs clearance.

Visit the Thai Customs website for more information – Thai Customs provides a set of procedures to help with the clearance of posted items. It’s also worth noting that Thai Customs can examine almost any item that comes to the country by mail so be sure to send only allowable items.

When you book your delivery, we'll provide you with all the correct customs documentation you need to help your parcel through Thai customs.

HM Revenue & Customs has more information on tax and customs considerations for Thailand.

What items can't I send to Thailand?

As well as the usual restricted and prohibited items you would expect from any international parcel delivery, there are some additional restrictions on what you can and can’t send to Thailand.

Some of the strictest laws in the world are in place to deal with illicit drugs in Thailand; violators of those laws are subject to a death sentence.

When sending parcels to Thailand, it’s vital to ensure the contents will be accepted into the country; if not your parcel can be refused entry which may result in additional charges, or worse still, it could be destroyed.

Some examples of items you can’t send to Thailand include:

RESTRICTED AND PROHIBITED GOODS

Food

Illegal and dangerous

Other

Dairy

Aerosols

Obscene objects/literature/pictures

Fruit and vegetables

Hazardous chemicals

E-cigarettes, in parts and accessories
Meat and poultry Narcotics e.g. hemp, opium, cocaine, morphine, heroin Goods with Thai national flag

*Please be aware that we also have our own prohibited items list, in addition to country-specific restrictions.

How to package parcels to Thailand

We advise attention given to packaging when sending to Thailand; remember your parcel will be taking quite a long journey through a number of depots with automated sorting machines, where the word ‘fragile’ won’t be read. Be sure to pack your items well and use lightweight cushioning material inside your parcel to help protect the contents from damage. Take a look at our packaging advice here.

We’ll transport parcels up to 25kg in weight, 80x80x80cm max in size. We recommend you use a strong and sturdy outer box when sending your package and don’t overfill it, regardless of the dimensions of your parcel. For further advice, take a look at our handy International packaging guide for tips to get everything there safely.
