Do I need to deal with Croatian customs?
All parcels sent to Croatia from the UK, need to be accompanied by a customs invoice. Don't worry, our booking form will ask you for all of the information which needs to be included in the customs invoice and 5 copies will print with your label. All you need to do is securely affix all copies to the outside of your parcel. If duties and taxes are due on the shipment, these will need to be paid by your recipient before the parcel is delivered to their address.

It’s up to you to ensure the parcel contents you send to Croatia are allowed into the country - failing to do so may result in extra charges, the parcel being returned or possibly even destroyed. Avoid this by making sure you don’t send anything on the restricted or prohibited list.

How to package parcels to Croatia
Depending where in the UK you send your parcel from, the journey your parcel will take to Croatia is around 1000 miles – which isn’t the furthest of distances for a package to be transported, but far enough that we advise you make an extra effort when preparing your parcels.
