Whether you choose to have your parcels collected from your home or work address, and depending on what service you select, you can usually expect delivery of your parcels to Bulgaria within 2-3 days when sent using our DHL Parcel Connect service or 6 days via our economy road service.

We make every effort to deliver your parcel within these timescales but sometimes it can take longer for your parcel to arrive, particularly to more remote or rural areas of Bulgaria.

You will need to provide a customs invoice when sending a parcel to Bulgaria. This is quick and easy to do - you will just need to complete the 'Customs declaration' section of our booking form and we'll generate the correct invoice on your behalf. Once you've paid for your booking, 5 copies of the customs invoice will print out with your label - make sure you attach all copies to the outside of the parcel before it is collected or dropped off.

It's up to you to ensure your parcel's contents are allowed into Bulgaria - failing to do so may result in extra charges, the parcel being returned or possibly even destroyed. HM Revenue & Customs has more information on tax and customs considerations for Bulgaria.
