Do I need to deal with Austrian customs?
Yes - from 1st January 2021, any parcels sent outside the UK now need to be accompanied by a customs invoice.
Don't worry, our booking form will gather all of the information needed to generate a customs invoice and 5 copies will print your label. Securely affix all 5 copies to the outside of your parcel.

How to package parcels to Austria
Although Austria only about 1,000 miles from the UK, we still advise you take care when packaging your parcel as it will travel through several depots, mostly with automated sorting machines.
