How long will it take to deliver

We provide cheap and convenient door to door delivery from the UK. Simply book your delivery online and select a collection date to suit you. Your parcel is taken to its local depot, sorted and shipped overnight to our international distribution hub, then on to South Korea.

Whether you choose to have your parcels collected from your home or work address in the UK, you can usually expect delivery to your South Korean destination within 3-4 days from collection.

While we make every effort to get your items delivered within these guidelines, sometimes it can take longer for your parcel to arrive, depending on where in South Korea your parcel is heading and in particular remote and rural locations.

Do I need to deal with South Korean customs?

For any parcel heading outside of the UK, you’ll need to fill out a customs form. This tells the Customs Agents in the destination country about the contents of your package so they can process it correctly.

As with most international posting, when you send a parcel to South Korea from the UK, there are also additional customs duties and import taxes that may need to be paid. When you book your delivery, we will provide you with all the information and correct forms you need to help your parcel through customs.

Visit the Korea Post website for more information.

HM Revenue & Custom has more information on tax and customs considerations for South Korea.

Effective 1st September 2019, please note the below changes to customs regulations for South Korea.

The changes apply to all personal imports and the below will be required before the shipment can be exported

- PCC number (Personal Clearance Code)

- The consignee's date of birth - if the PCC number is not available.

Any shipment with incorrect consignee details (Name, address, phone number) will be held in customs.

What items can't I send to South Korea?

As well as the prohibited and restricted items you would expect from any international parcel delivery service, there are some additional restrictions on what you can and can’t send to South Korea.

It’s your responsibility to ensure your parcel’s contents will be accepted into the country; if not, it could result in additional charges to return the parcel to you, or possibly the destruction of your parcel. You can find more information on the Korea Customs Service here.

We suggest you re-check the regulations each time you send a parcel internationally, as they can change regularly. South Korea, like many other Asian countries has strict laws around sending a number of items into the country, which we in the UK might not think of as being restricted or prohibited. Some examples of items you can’t send to South Korea include:

RESTRICTED AND PROHIBITED GOODS

Food

Books, publications, pictures, movies, music or any other items of similiar nature that may disturb the constitutional order or be harmful to the public's security or social

*Please be aware that we also have our own prohibited items list, in addition to country-specific restrictions.
