How long will it take to deliver?
We provide cheap and convenient door to door delivery from the UK to Cyprus.
Whether you choose to have your parcels collected from your home or work address in the UK, you can usually expect delivery of your parcels in around 3-4 days from collection via our worldwide air delivery service.
Of course, we make every effort to deliver your items within these timescales but sometimes it can take longer for your parcel to arrive to more remote and rural locations.
Do I need to deal with Cypriot customs?
In the past, a customs invoice was only needed when sending parcels outside the EU. However from 1st January 2021, a customs invoice is now required when sending a parcel to EU countries too.
This may sound complicated, but it's actually very easy. Our booking form will ask you for all the information needed to generate a pro-forma or commercial invoice on your behalf (depending on the type of items you are sending). When your booking is complete, 5 copies of the invoice of the invoice will print with your label - securely attach all 5 to the outside of your parcel.

RESTRICTED AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
There are restrictions in place for sending items into Cyprus and it’s up to you to ensure your parcel’s contents are allowed into the country. Failure to do this may result in extra charges, the parcel being returned to you or even being destroyed. However if you make sure you don’t send anything on the restricted and prohibited list and take care to package your parcel well, whatever size it is, then you shouldn’t have any problems clearing customs.

What items can't I send to Cyprus?
As with all deliveries outside the UK, please ensure that your parcel contents are allowed into the country. Cyprus, like most countries in Europe, EU or otherwise, has a few items that are restricted for import that we in the UK might think are perfectly ordinary.

How to package parcels to Cyprus
We transport items up to 25kg in weight, 80x80x80cm max in size. It is strongly recommended you be diligent when packaging your items bound for Cyprus; even though Cyprus is only a couple of thousand miles away, remember that your parcel will travel through a number of depots, many with automated sorting machines, so be sure to pack your items well and use cushioning material inside your parcel, such as newspaper or bubble wrap to help prevent the contents from moving around inside the box and causing damage. Use a sturdy outer box when sending your package and make sure you don’t overfill it.
