If you are a regular sender, our pre-pay service is a great way of saving time when placing bookings. You won’t need to waste time entering your card details. Instead, you can select pre-pay as your chosen payment method at checkout and we’ll deduct the amount due from your account.

Not only does our pre-pay service save you valuable time, it can save you money too! You’ll get 3% of the value added back into your account when you add £20 or more to your pre-pay account. You can use this money to send even more parcels in the future, making this payment option well worth your time.

Auto pre-pay

When you are signed up to our auto top-up service, we'll automatically top-up your pre-pay account when funds are running low so you can continue to send parcels without disruption. Simply login to set-up Auto Pre-pay on your  payment account.

This pay now service means that you have one less thing to worry about when you’re sending your parcels!

Start sending parcels today

Now you’ve added funds to your pre-pay account, you’re ready to start sending parcels. We’ll deliver any parcels sent to a mainland UK address the next working day, with prices starting from £2.79. International parcels take a little longer, but we can deliver to some popular destinations in as little as two-to-three days. There is also pre-paid collection. Before your driver arrives, it’s important you package your parcel securely to avoid any damages during transit. You can make sure your parcel is waterproofed and packaged correctly, by following the simple steps in our packaging guide.

Become a Gold or Silver sender

 

Our Gold and Silver membership schemes rewards regular shippers. To qualify, all you need to do is spend over £200 in one calendar month to become a Silver member or £500 in one month to become a Gold member. To thank you for your loyalty, we’ll pay money straight into your  pre-pay account. You can use this credit at any time to send even more parcels in the future.
