Once you have entered the details of your shipment, we will show you all of our international services which are available based on the information given.

The service chosen will affect the price to send the parcel. The size and weight also is a factor; we use volumetric weight to determine the final price, calculated as follows; length x width x height (in centimetres) divided by 5000.

If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight of your parcel, the cost will be the volumetric weight price. We’ll work it all out for you, don’t worry – just enter the correct weight and dimensions of your parcel when getting your quote or making your booking.

For most mainland UK deliveries, we will deliver next day* – with delivery times for British Isles, The Highlands, Ireland, Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland more likely to be 1-3 days*.

For international deliveries, the time varies from country to country but as a guide, we deliver to many European countries in as little as 2-3 days* and some rest of the world locations in just 2-4 days*. Size and weight limits for parcel delivery

 

We can collect and deliver parcels as small as 1cm and as large as 70cm with a weight of up to 25kg. For more information, see our pages on parcels by size: small parcel, large parcel and extra large parcel.

 

The largest parcel size you can send through our network is 120cm (l) x 60cm (w) x 60cm (d) with a maximum weight of 25kg. If you are sending a large or heavy parcel, there’s no need to struggle taking it to the post office – we will collect from your home, business or work address. Items that can't be delivered by post

 

We will carry most items through our network, however, it’s important to note there are some restricted and prohibited goods which means there are definitely some items you can’t send through the mail.

How to send a parcel for delivery

 

Firstly, make sure your parcel is packaged securely to ensure it reaches the destination safely in the condition you want. When booking your delivery, you’ll need to give the weight and size of your parcel so it’s a good idea to measure your parcel at this stage.

Arrange collection of your parcel from your home or work address on a day to suit you – you’ll also be given a collection timeslot so you won’t have to wait in all day.
