TO PRINT OR NOT TO PRINT?

ServicePoint: Print Label

When dropping off at a ServicePoint you can either print your own label or go label-less. Once your order is complete, you will have the option to print your label in various different sizes so you can pick the one which suits your needs.

ServicePoint: Go label-less

During your booking you can select the ‘label-less’ option and once your order is complete you’ll receive a barcode. Take your parcel to your local ServicePoint and the shopkeeper will scan your mobile barcode and affix a label to the parcel.

What parcels can be dropped off at a ServicePoint

There are some restrictions to our ServicePoint service. Make sure you measure and weigh your parcel accurately to ensure that your parcel isn't rejected by the shop because it doesn't meet the below criteria.

  • Your parcel must be no bigger than 60cm x 60cm x 60cm
  • It cannot weight more than 20kg
  • You cannot drop off any prohibited items at a ServicePoint
  • Label-less is not currently available on Worldwide Air orders

FLEXIBLE COLLECTION OPTIONS

Not only can you drop-off at a ServicePoint, you can choose to have the parcel delivered to your recipient’s local ServicePoint too – this is the perfect service if your recipient is constantly on-the-go (and you’ll save some money in the process too).

If you have booked a home delivery but your recipient isn’t going to be home at the time of the delivery, they can opt to have their parcel delivered to their local DHL eCommerce UK ServicePoint and collect at a convenient time. They can do this before or after delivery – even when the parcel is already out on the van.

DEPOT DROP-OFF

In addition to ServicePoint drop-off, you can also drop off your parcel at any of our 50 depots. We have depots in most major cities across the UK so it’s worthwhile checking if you live near a depot when placing your booking. As this service doesn’t require a driver to come out and collect your parcel, it works out cheaper than home collection or ServicePoint drop off so you could bring down the cost of your parcel delivery.
